NLQuick and hands-on support I've been using secpoint portable penetrator for a while now but lost track of it and didn't use it lately. Got a personal webinar from Victor this morning showing me all the new features. Ofcourse i wanted to test it immidiately but the login was inactive ... he fixed it 2 mins after me asking... Perfect! then i had some issues activating, he used teamviewer and activated and updated mu PP2000 to the latest version right away. Great and quick service! kudos!

GBQuick and responsive Technical Support I am extremely pleased with the service I have received especially with the online Technical support. I had a difficult time trying to update the firmware and tech support in a matter of minutes pin pointed the problem that was preventing me from updating firmware. I am now correcting the problem. CHtechnical service to top It's great. with teamviewer. you drink your coffee or you go take a walk. while the pointer wanders across the screen. Your PC is connected with their technician. that handles the installation. It's great. Above all, I do not speak English. I translated with google. GBThe Best Service I've Ever Had! Unbelievable service!!!.... After getting disconnected several times from the chat program they actually called me from overseas to do a remote control help with my issue and solved what I couldn't do in hours within minutes. I couldn't be more pleased!
