Good quality and value Have had very little trouble ordering and getting quality products; very few bad drives (fewer than five) have come to us out of several thousand ordered. Did have a problem once with a bad data load that caused havoc on my end. Moral of the story is order items early enough that you can test the product to ensure any loaded data hasn't been corrupted.
