I purchased the Samsung s10 plus I purchased the Samsung s10 plus. To be sent to me in the UK. Speed of service was excellent during the Corona virus. Ordered the Sunday. Arrived in the UK on the Friday via UPS. I am taking 1 star off as I sent a message when I placed my order to the company asking if they could provide a UK 3 pin plug. I got no response. So when the item arrived it came with a European plug, which no doubt I will use as I travel to Europe on business and holidays. The price was competitive for the phone so it's still a good deal minus the UK 3 pin plug. At least £200 cheaper the UK prices so it is still a saving. I would give 4.5- 5 stars if they had just replied to my email before sending. I would still recommend using them and will again myself as the prices are very competitive.

Communication with support fast - phone arrived with problems ( lines on screen randomly , according to internet from shocks on transport -if you lucky to order Xiaomi and you have a problem with it it takes working 20-30 day to get it back! Unacceptable for me My conclusion: don't recommend

I have ordered a PlayStation 5 on 29… I have ordered a PlayStation 5 on 29 October and didn't receive it. When I asked to cancel after 2 weeks, they told me this was not possible and it would arrive by 27 November. Thus far (5 December) I have received nothing, no tracking number, and they ignore my e-mails. I have requested my Credit Card company for a chargeback.
