I ordered the wrong size and have yet to receive a response back on how to return and get a credit. I have already purchased a new one in correct size. This has been very frustrating not good servic I ordered the wrong size and have attemped several times to get assistance for the return after I purchased the correct size. Customer After Sales Service is Shocking! I have purchased two magnetic phone cases from Bouletta for our iPhone13's. The first purchase the case was amazing, the magnet is firm and holds the phone snuggly in the case, the second purchase however, was a nioghtmare and my husband is completely fed up with his phone constantly falling out of the case. I have emailed over and over, complained on social media and having received an email to rate you, here is my 1 Star rating. Please get back to me and sort this, as you do have great looking products!!!!

I've had a Bouletta case some 5 years ago and when I got the iPhone 12 mini this was basically the only choice available for me. The only thing that bothered me was that it's not compatible with MagSafe. When I reached out about this issue, they offered me a MagSafe compatible cover for a good discount. I was so happy with the customer service and the products that I bought two belts from them as well. Again, I don't usually write reviews but this is well deserved. Everyone at Bouletta: Keep up the good work!!

Very disappointed - won’t buy again Very disappointed with luxury leather phone case. Dye was really terrible, uneven color, low quality and I wound up throwing it away it looked so cheap and nasty. I gave company feedback and was offered a discount on another item. No thanks. Do not recommend.

Nice design, good quality. Nice sueded leather, good magnet, stays together yet separates easily when I need it to. Slides in/out of my pocket smoothly.
