Cannot return item...cust service non-existent The memory I ordered ended up not fitting my desktop PC. I have tried over 10 times to call and email Computer Memory Solutions to get a return authorization. None of my calls have been returned and none of my emails have been answered. Unacceptable customer service! Boooooo!

Ordering process was smooth and easy and in a few steps my order was confirmed. Shipping from US to Europe? No problem, fast, tracked and reliable. RAMs arrived, got installed and everything works perfectly. Thank you CMS for an enjoyable customer experience. If I should make just one improvement suggestion - I found the packaging a little too sensitive (just a padded A5 envelope) and risky. Should a heavier object be placed on top during transit or handling it would have most likely damaged the RAMs. As mentioned, this is only an improvement suggestion, my overall experience with CMS was grade A. I would definitely recommend.
