GBDishonest company when you pay for a monthly plan for instance the company has no service for days still you get no compensation for their lock of service, I do not believe this is honest at all. This is not a one time ocurance, it is the common practice of the company here in Haiti. I tried to do top up instead but the company still find ways to still minutes. there is no customer service to deal with any complaint. As I say previously this is not honest. I do not know for other contry, but in Haiti everyone complaint about but has no recourse.
