GBIphone in Good Condition Purchased iPhone 13 Pro Max This was my first iPhone Phone was in good condition plus Came well packaged and on time Battery was at 50% I gave four stars because I sent e-mail to support prior to purchase asking if a charger was included. They responded it came with acessories, It only came with a cord had to aquire a charger. Took to T-mobile store and they set it up for me and transferred data from my android phone. Have used a week now with no issues.

GBNOT AN UNLOCKED PHONE Waited a week for shipping then set up the phone and everything- turns out they didn’t send me an unlocked phone. I don’t understand how I can trust their inspection process when they mix up locked and unlocked phones. There was no discount or any offer for getting the right one and had to spend 30 mins on the phone with customer service just for them to say oops.

The overall process and product value has been positive. With this last iPhone purchase, I also traded in a iPhone XR. GBShipping was very poor. Shipping was very poor. It took over twice as long to get the product as advertised. When I called customer service, they were not very helpful. They did not know how to tack it further and just said to wait a week and then file a claim that it was lost in the mail. They did not issue an investigation number or a way to further investigate the items shipping status.
