The person on the other end can't hear, calls can't go through, dropped calls, messages that state we don't have enough credits even though we have an unlimited plan etc... We are currently searching for another long distance carrier.

LUthe service is very good the service is very good. rhey have nice options to speed call the most used number. I have never encountered a problem. It just works for my most difficult customer : my WIFE. The price ks reasonable. I see no reason to stop using it.

GBI have used $5 per month for free… I have used $5 per month for free calling in Dianhuachina.com for two or three years because my elderly parents can use traditional phone only. My father passed away at his 94 years old. My mom is 90 now. The line is always in good quality and never have any problem since I used it.
