Sleazy sales tactics The sales rep misrepresented the whole situation. She lied or omitted many points to get her "compensation". Told me I could still use my current phone as the new one could be an extra phone. My current phones service was canceled. Sleazy sales tactics! I would never recommend Tru Connect.

The website runs smoothly, the application process is painless, efficient, and fast, approval and shipping were both immediate nearly to the point of instantaneousness. Less than a week after applying, I had in my hands the nicest and most powerful communications device I've ever seen, and everything I've used it for up to this point it has managed swiftly and without error. I will be recommending TruConnect to everybody I know.

Manipulative representative While I was very grateful to be able to receive a free phone for emergencies, the representative was very confusing. At the end of the sign up she asked how I was going to pay for a subscription I did not want. She demanded I paid her or it would be coming out of her check. I asked for her office number but she declined. She was persistent about the payment. After that encounter I didn’t even want to use the phone or be a part of the services.
