Incomplete Customer Service My experience wasn’t great. I received an item that fit poorly, and while their customer support was initially quick to respond, they failed to properly process the return/refund and I had to make multiple requests to get it sorted.

Company That Cares About Their Customers The 1st wallet I received didn’t work as it should. I reached out to the company and they sent out a replacement right away and I still haven’t received it, I contacted them again and after they did a search to find it the sent another replacement and I am happy to say I received it and it worked right away. This is a great company as far as I’m concerned and definitely would recommend their wallet.

Slow charging The charging is sometimes incredibly slow both on my Apple Watch and IPhone. I love the concept of a 3 in 1 charger, but I can get up in the morning and my phone is at 50%.

Unfortunately the product we ordered… Unfortunately the product we ordered was just not what we needed. Their returns process and customer service were excellent. The product was delivered quickly and was exactly as advertised. It just wasn't what we needed.
