2 years now, really luv da app I really love this app, I add money to 5 Mexican phones and one is from another company. Since now I really haven't have my card info jeopardize in any way, I receive texts about my payment and it comes out in my bank statement always. I've been using it for 2 years now.

But with the extreme efforts of Topup.com customers service team the issue was sorted out succeefully on 24/01/2024 and as a gesture of goodwill they refund me the total amount and a topup of €35.69 provide me totally free to make me up. It was turns out that actually there was a technical error by mobile service providers and not in the part of topup.com.
