The sound quality is between okay and good, but can be a bit inconsistent when using the mobile data/wi-fi. It tends to be more reliable when using the access number(s) (offline calling).

CAI called several times and and my calls… I called several times and and my calls were answered by some random people I don't know what has to be fixed but thats scary, it seems my calls were being redirected

GBWe found this service very easy to set… We found this service very easy to set up and use. We make calls overseas on a regular basis and the cost is pennies on this. We can use our cell phone or landline. Adding more credits is super easy as well. We love it! Keep up the low cost and excellent service! Highly recommend to anyone who calls overseas. Much cheaper than cellular companies plans.
