GBTraining was too fast and not customized The training was very fast and it did not customize the training to our situation with 8 cars for our maid service No way to question things except by chat. Learned some things that we can use for landmarks etc but not being able to have a two way conversation was a little disappointing

GBDon't believe the 3-5 year battery… Don't believe the 3-5 year battery claim. It's closer to 3-5 months. When they die you're stuck, without tracking but still paying. They are quick to ship out a new device, but your equipment is vulnerable while you wait. When you finally tire of dealing with swapping out dead units and try to cancel your contract for good reason they tell you "I'm sorry and I understand your feelings, but you still have to pay to the end of your contract". No matter that they got you to sign the contract with promises of 5 year battery life. The 5 star reviews appear to be from brand new users, not many from people who have actually used the service for long enough to give an honest review. This makes sense, of course, and is common practice. I was pressured to leave a review right away, with a $50 incentive. Go with someone else. Edit: I went back and found the emails asking me to leave a review and you're right. It was $20, not $50. Apologies. Same thing though, just a different amount. Your reply making me sound dishonest just proves my point. And now my review is in danger of being removed? To leave this review I followed an email link from TrustPilot asking me to review my experience. I have asked why it doesn't show as "Verified". Hopefully this can be remedied.

GBGreat customer service! To whom this may concern, Our firm has been using the GPS service for several years now and we have nothing but great things to say about it. The customer service is absolutely my favorite part of working with the GPS system. When we need parts, new unit's or have questions, within minutes everything is taken care of. Melissa Fuentes is our customer service representative, and she is absolutely great to work with. She is extremely professional and courteous with all my needs, I can't say enough about her and I truly do appreciate her help whenever we need it. GBThere request a video doesn't work and… Their request a video doesn't work and their support provides no help just bad and conflicting excuses. The whole point of a system like this is to get video of accidents that occur - system didn't capture fender bender and request a video could not retrieve video. Numerous calls and requests to support provided no help. Even recent random video requests don't work.
