GBMost of the time can not.make a direct… Most of the time can not.make a direct call. It always appears a window informing that my internet is not enough strong, but that is not true because I can use WhatsUp, Zoom or any other apps!! Disappointed!

GBI have be able to call my family in… I have be able to call my family in Colombia every day from USA. It is very easy, cheap and it is a great service. I really appreciate this company with all my heart. I am connected with my family without problem. Thank you

GBNot bad, but ... Service usually works well when connected to Wi-Fi. Otherwise, calls tend to drop after a couple of minutes. Still shopping for a different service that offers a more consistent experience when calling overseas. Price is fair.

CAVery Confusing to make a call The process to make the call was very confusing. It asked for a pin/ID number which I had no clue of what it was.. had to search to the website to figure it out. Then there’s the option to bypass the whole process of dialling a local number but that also was not available to everyone. The process is simply too complicated for people who simply want to make their call. I recommend you simplify this, or make the instruction process more clear.
