GBGreat product and service! The PC is awesome. Looks and runs beautifully. Had a minor hick up and the service department helped we walk through steps to get it fixed. Sending me the necessary part to fix it at no cost.

GBCLX PC's are pretty solid My New PC works as it should, high graphics and framerate all the time, and only slight dips when it's under extreme load from Vr games or AAA titles. I had an issue with the motherboard, but CLX support helped me out by sending a all new pc. So I would definitely go to these guys again. Thanks, Jacob G.

GBGood, system. Mediocre support. The system in general came quickly and for the most part works great. However, the fan remote was not included and there is an issue with the fans on it where the fans run at full speed all the time. I have tried contacting CLX and got them to send me the remote which was supposed to arrive with the PC, though that took a week before shipment was ever sent and then lost once in shipping. That did not work in allowing me to control the fan speed or lights. I have been having a lot of issues with support getting these issues fixed.

GBAmazing customer service!!! Ordered a gaming PC for my husband. It worked great for the first week or so; but, suddenly, the monitor, keyboard, and mouse wouldn't turn on during boot up. We reached out to CLX, who tried to help us troubleshoot, but nothing was solving the problem. CLX ended up paying for the shipping to send the old PC back and sent us a completely rebuilt PC within a week (which works like a dream, by the way!) I had reservations about buying a gaming PC from any company and not just building one myself, but it was completely worth it! If I had built the PC myself, I'd probably still be buying parts for it to get it working the way it should. 100% recommend CLX and their products to anyone considering purchasing from them.
