AUMakes saving emails so easy! We use AEM to save emails as PDF files and also save their attachments. The Regex features allowing file names based on part of a subject line such as our file reference is really good but there are a few quirks. We trialed v8 before purchase (we were using V5) and the responses to our queries regarding the Regex features were prompt and helpful. The ability to add email addresses directly from the message list to black/white and custom lists to manage what actions occur based on email addresses makes management much easier. Adding existing actions to an account could be easier.

MXWon't accept Registration Number I was able to get technical support to activate the program after being unable to get it to accept my registration number. Where it says enter your NAME, what it really wants is your email address. It would be nice if they would say that. Next problem to tackle is to get it to accept my email to add to the account. Waiting for a response on that issue now....

GBThis program is great This program is great! When the AP staff come in, the invoices are already printed and they can start work immediately. Previously, the AP staff would spend an hour just going through their emails and printing invoices. Only 1 issue that we have experienced. When the invoices are in individual attachments, they all print. If a vendor sends several invoices in 1 attachment, not all invoices print.
