AUWorks well with an eSIM.me Card I used Maya as my eSim supplier on my last trip - there is an advantage in some ways not being locked into an App but just buying it off a website. The rates, making a selection, configuring from a QR code and putting into use was eezipeezy. I used an Asian one and a UK/European one without any difficulty. Seeing usage etc by looking at the site is no hassle.

GBThe E sim simply worked The E sim simply worked. My existing number and and data etc worked perfectly. Reception wasn't always great but for price it was more than adequate.

NLSharm El Sheikh Misery I'm currently in Sharm El Sheikh and have to say that the e-sims have proved to be a waste of money. I paid for 3 separate e-sims, amounting to more than €70 yet have had nothing but disconnections and very low download/upload speeds. The provider is Orange Egypt - one of the best in Egypt - and so a decent, stable connection is to be expected. All my phone settings are correct, having being checked on numerous occasions, I have a recent flagship phone and I have an above average knowledge of IT. All I can say is, if you are coming to this part of the world and require a somewhat decent data coverage, then you may need to look at alternatives.

GBAs described. Good customer service As described. As long as you make sure before purchase your phone is compatible then there shouldn’t be problems. Just remember to switch your eSim line just before you arrive at your destination. My brother in law mistakenly purchased before he realised his phone wasn’t compatible but after contacting them their customer service was excellent really quick to refund. So I recommend them
