After some back and forth emails and sending a short video of it not working they sent me a replacement. Tricky thing with shipping from this company is that they use a false return address. It was an address in my country which it shipped straight from china. I had a note in my mailbox that in order to get it I had to go to the post office to pay for the shipping to get it released. I did that, and received it, twice. I have had it to the range once and will need to re attempt going with the tool to adjust it to zero. It stayed put and worked with 30 cal fire. I think these products are good, and I want to oder an acog from them. I am a little hesitant with the delivery times of others and the overall quality but for the price it still is appealing.

Scammer Company sent a completely defective sight, blurry smeared dot with off center mirror that was dim except on the right edge. Offered me $15 off after 3 days of back and forth. Final offer was 50% back after a week. Garbage company, fake 3 year warranty and will try to get you to mail it back to China for a refund. Do not buy from them.
