So far the Doorbell Camera has been… So far the Doorbell Camera has been difficult to set up. Simple it has not been. The directions were confusing. I did however finally get most of the functions to work as designed except for the Motion Detecting. It works inconsistently and the quality of the pictures is awful. All I can get is a white screen. No definable picture at all.

Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all… Any slight interruption in Wi-Fi all the cameras go off line. The solar outdoor cameras reset button is inside the battery box which means dismount disassemble and reconnect. The remount. There are better cameras on the market. Blink, Arlo. Ect. Wasted money.

Very confusing website Very confusing website. Support gives two completely different answers. After contacting support they were condescending and rude. The products are very misleading on to what they do and don't. The products seem good but they have allot to learn about customer service.

Danny Matt went above and beyond to… Danny Matt went above and beyond to help me properly set up my camera for my 91 year old mother. He directed me step by step and now I have camera movement features that I didn't have activated before. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge.

Notifications stopped working. I have six cameras and have been very happy with them After two years of working my notification's stopped working. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I am a snowbird, and these cameras are in Arizona. My other residence is in Oregon. Can someone help get the notifications working again.
