CASetting it up I see it only seems to… Setting it up I see it only seems to work for left eye set up , wondering if one can get the arm bracket for right eye set up. Unless it’s the hielmut hinge quality preventing me from rotating coupler to accommodate right eye set up ? Thanks from a newbie

GBNightwave is the real deal!! Seeing is believing (pun intended) & their new Nightwave marine cam is the real deal. Was pretty blown away with how much detail it was picking up in tight quarters when docking. Around the docks in the marina, rocks when lobstering around the jetties, or navigating home offshore at night - the Nightwave makes life easier. I’m a huge fan of redundancies & tech that makes fishing/boating safer and that’s what this product does. And at a much much more affordable cost than other competitors. Big fan!

GBHonestly I had an much better expectations Honestly I had an much better expectations on my aurora pro explorer package. The camera quality overall is 7/10. The accessories included are 8/10 the battery and chargers quality unfortunately I can’t make comments. 👎🏻 The customer service are very helpful and fast to get a response. The memory card included in my aurora pro explorer should be at least 64gb instead 32gb only. The charger should had come with fast charger option. Takes a while to charge one battery and the battery won’t last much longer.

GBAPP SUCKS Your app to use with the Aurora is so bad it's completely useless. I've downloaded it over and over again, and tried everything to fix issues. I'm not the only person with these experiences with it freezing crashing or never connecting to the camera to begin with according to online forums these problems are quite common dating ba k over a year. Its clear Sionyx has no intent of improving there software. It's 2022 this isn't acceptable if you want to use "military quality" as an advertising slogan with your cameras. I won't be recommending your products.

GBOutstanding customer service and support Bought the Aurora Pro Kit and was missing a mount for the IR illuminator. Emailed the company and got a response within minutes from customer service. Explained my issue, they had the missing part shipped within 24 hours. Also assisted me with set up of the camera through their video library. They did all of this over the July 4th Holiday weekend. Outstanding customer service by Bill Bobrowski. Will buy from SIONYX again in the future! Best customer service I've ever experienced on any product. Camera is fantastic and does everything advertised! Great value for Night Vision product. Would recommend Aurora Pro to anyone.
