Quick delivery but smaller than I thought. Very happy with quickness of delivery. A little disappointed in the actual size of block when we got it. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Company is great and great customer service and delivery. I would recommend them but getting the bigger heart shaped one. Thanks. J

It is Crystal impressions went above… It is Crystal impressions went above and beyond the call. I was having an inscription done on a piece of Crystal and they didn't quite understand what I meant because it's usually made for names. But I wanted to described on there an angel is present. So they emailed me and asked me was I sure that's what I wanted. They were very professional and I emailed them back and said yes and gave them some other ideas as to what it could say. It was for somebody that did something really special for me and I wanted to make something special to give back to them. So I'll rate them the highest possible rating that there is.

Perfect bday gift I got this crystal for my grandfather's birthday. I ordered Oct 10 and got it Oct 16. The crystal is beautiful. I ordered before for my mother's birthday and it arrived on her birthday and she loved it. I highly recommend ordering, it ships pretty fast and the crystal is amazing

It's not really about the company… It's not really about the company itself, I haven't received the product to even see the work. It's about the company they are using to ship it through (FedEx) They keep giving me the run around on the whereabouts of my product. And I was supposed to receive it since Nov. 24th, and it was an anniversary gift, now needs to be a Christmas gift, but I am afraid it may not be here on time, they also say, they can't find my address, I've left my phone # for them to contact me, if need be and there has been many other FedEx products delivered to my residence, so don't know why I'm getting the runaround. Very upset!
