Maybe worse than AT&T on customer… Maybe worse than AT&T on customer service. Right off the bat I order the phones and specify that I need the phone tomorrow. “Not a problem. We’ll just do next day shipping.” Charge me 15 dollars and turns out that that’s next business day shipping. It’s $20 for next day shipping on Saturday and you’ll have to cancel your entire order and start over if you want it tomorrow. They suck!!!!!!!

Customer service is beyond horrible Customer service is beyond horrible. I have tried to change phone service from a business account to personal account since I am retired. It has been going on for 3 months with long hold times, a change that they told me would take 24 to 48 hours. To the point that Verizon is totally not a company I will ever use age again for cell service. By the way, the change has still not been completed.

A Kafkaesque Nightmare Customer service is a Kafkaesque nightmare of unnamed voices, typing inaccurate notes into a system. They didn't keep an installation appoinment and told me they changed the date, as if my entire life was nothing more than waiting for them. Then Big V's best customer reaction - shut off service.

I cancelled my service with Verizon… I cancelled my service with Verizon because they've gotten super pricey. When I switched services I was no longer able to access my account on line. I called multiple times requesting my final bill just to be told customer service couldn't help me over the phone and go to a store. And then Verizon decides to send it directly to a collection agency? Seriously? I haven't even been gone a month. If you were so worried you weren't going to get your money, I shouldn't have been locked out of the account. I'm so happy I made the switch. Verizon is a horrible cell company. I don't know why it took me so long to make the change.

The bottom of the barrel. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Do not trust their promotional offers. They sell you things you don’t want or need and fail to disclose the true costs. They falsely understate the cost and then threaten to send you to a collection agency if you refuse to pay it. Every time I talk with them, they quote me a different cost for the same service. You cannot trust anything they say.
