GBDon't buy from Brandsmart!! I purchased an undercounter icemaker here, and it is a lemon! It makes ice, but the ice melts immediately. I called the manufacturer who told me it was a defect, and that Brandsmart should give me a new unit or my money back, as it was only 2 mi the old, and had just been Installed. Brandsmart insisted they pick it up and try to repair it. First time theytried to pick it up when I wasn't home, since they never scheduled it. They took it for a week and returned it with nothing done to it. So I had it installed, Uninstaller and reinstalled! I called Brandamart and told them again what the manufacturer said. Again they said they needed to pick it up and try to repair it. They called me a couple days later and said nothing was wrong with it "it makes ice...it's not a freezer". An expensive icemaker should maintain the icecubes..not have to immediately be emptied. A countertop unit would work significantly better. They want to return a broken unit to me again. It is extremely noisy and doesn't keep icecubes. Do NOT purchase from Brandsmart!! They don't stand behind their one year warranty. I asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me, but so far they still have my broken unit, and nobody has called!

GBInconvenient I was inquiring about a twin size bed. The process was long and I wasn't given proper attention. The salesman kept answering the phone while I was waiting. After all was said and done the wrong bed was delivered. A much cheaper mattress. I had to go back to the store and the manager said oh the other mattress is 80.00 more. They like to play games. I was nothing but polite and patient. I didn't appreciate there tactics.This isn't how to keep a regular customer or good recommendations. Unprofessional.They won't be seeing me again !

GBDon't purchase from Brandsmart I ordered a 75 " tv over the phone for $1550.00 including tax on 1/19/24 and was told I would have delivery in 5-7 days . I was never sent an order number or tracking number but they made sure to charge my credit card on that day . I called 13 times and each time I had to wait between 32 and 57 minutes to talk to someone about my order. Several times during calls , they pick up phone and hang up and you have to start all over again. When I finally speak to somebody, they say they will have your salesperson call you . But he never calls . People that answer the phone have told me , they have emailed my salesman to call me , but still no calls. I call and wait for 43 minutes for someone to talk to and ask to speak to a manager , they tell me no managers are available at this time and they will have one call me. I am still waiting for that call. I then sent emails to customer service , detailing my issues. They send a computer generated response each time and it says the same thing. We are sorry for your inconvenience and your salesperson will call you shortly . Still waiting after 6 emails. On Feb 2,2024, I called Brandsmart and waited 12 minutes and got disconnected again , called back and after 33 minutes additional time waiting , I cancelled the order and requested my charge be credited. I was assured the order was cancelled and my card would be credited . Ten days later (2/12/24) I get my credit card bill and the charge has not been credited. I call Brandsmart and wait 45 minutes to speak with someone. I speak with a customer service team member and advised that refunds take 3-5 business days to credit to your account. I advised her , it had been 10 days . Her response, oh, I'll have to have a manager call you . I laughed and she asks why are you laughing . I tell her I have been waiting for a manager to call me for over 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BRANDSMART . RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM AND DON'T LOOK BACK. They don't know what customer service is . I hear there response for warranty repair claims is WORST.

GBThe worst delivery service ever The worst delivery service ever, the $79.00 cost of delivery, almost a week, and still waiting. They promise delivery on Monday, three days after purchase and today is Sunday, over a week after purchase and I am still waiting. I wait all day, with a confirmed delivery in the morning, another text for 2, 3:30, 5:30 and still waiting. The Customer service is non-existent, they hang up multiple times. I'm so disappointed, and worst of all, nobody cares. Once you pay your purchase, you are on your own, they don't even care about your time, not even an apology . Wow, so sad. I will think twice about using them again.

GBAvoid at all costs I had an appointment for my dishwasher to be repaired from 9am-1pm. The repair man called me at 8:57, but I was in a meeting with a professor that ended at 9am. I called back at 9:10 (only about 10 minutes later). When I called back they told me I had 'missed my appointment'. How on earth could I have missed my appointment from 9am-1pm having called back ten minutes later? I called two different agents to see if any of them could help. The first agent told me they had tried to call the repair man and he hadn't picked up, the second agent told me the repair man said he refused to come. When I asked the second agent to speak to the manager she told me the manager wasn't available. She said Id received a call back from the manager but I never received one.
