Apps always have issues and their whatsapp helpdesk barely replies. i Sent them my complain since 4th October and there is no reply till today. Even if they managed to "solve" the issue, same thing will happen again after few days. I have an annual subscription and I'm already thinking to move onto a better platform. Trash apps

When you connect with them like after trying for many unsuccessful attempts, you will get to know the support person doesn't know how to resolve your problem . He wil ask to get back to you but will never . If you try calling on support number , they will ask you to write the email about everything and with proofs of screenshots . I am ready to name the people also sayyam and sanvi who I dealt with .moreover I couldn't find reviews or complain section on their website . Bogus company and waste of my investment in their product .
