This company is absolutely terrible This company is absolutely terrible! Can you believe it? I've been missing work for three whole days, and not a single engineer has bothered to show up! My machine has been dysfunctional for an entire month, and all I get are promises of rescheduled appointments. It's beyond frustrating! They provide absolutely no assistance, and it's clear that this company has no organization or support system in place. I strongly advise staying far away from them!

Changed repair appointment to prior day… Changed repair appointment to prior day without consultation which wasn’t convenient and then tried to book original repair date which online showed fully booked! Only option was to take a later date . Tried calling to speak to an agent and after going through several options got an automated voice saying “ thanks for calling and Goodbye” :-(

I am disappointed in Whirlpool for not… I am disappointed in Whirlpool for not taking the time or understanding that having a delivery of a washing machine that does NOT fit the space. I am disabled and recovering from Cancer and was not well enough to remember that once fitted and having a test rinse I cannot return the machine for one that fits. Now I'm living with a machine jutting out 3inches in my small kitchen! I am left distressed and feel taken advantage of my vulnerability. Yes also I feel the fitter took advantage of my age and vulnerability.

Hotpoint compact tumble dryer Need a hot point compact tumble dryer (as I have limited space) to replace one I’ve had for over 16 yrs . Purchased my replacement at start of Jan , received it in March - it was damaged - had to wait till start of April to get a replacement- also damaged- just received a 3rd machine , also damaged - told replacement might take another 35 days to receive - terrible product and have a terrible time trying to get through to and speak to people at hotpoint to resolve this.

Engineer came to fix washer dryer with… Engineer came to fix washer dryer with parts he provided. First time wash and discharged all waste water over our kitchen floor. Thanks for spending 3 hours clearing up the problem you created.
