GBThe products are good The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.

GBThe best mac keyboard EVER !! I had a small issue with one of their products, and I have to say their customer service is the BEST I have experienced in years. As far as the Kanex multi-connect keyboard? Amazing keyboard... use it to control my IPAD, Desktop and phone with one push of the button. The scissor action is great too.

GBI ordered a wireless charging pad… I ordered a wireless charging pad August 1 and received a confirmation of the order. However, despite my account being charged, nearly 4 (FOUR) WEEKS LATER - NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE NO SHIPPING INFORMATION AVAILABLE and most disturbing of all NO RESPONSE from KANAX to my Contact Us inquiry about my order. This is beginning to look a lot like theft !

GBI'll never be ordering from or recommending Kanex to anyone for anything. I ordered that hundred dollar aluminum wireless Bluetooth keyboard for mac. I was SO EXCITED to get it. I'm a web developer and graphic designer, so I type for hours a day between multiple devices. Upon receiving it, I tested it out for about an hour. I was really unsatisfied with the quality of the keyboard, and so the same day, I emailed customer service to ask for the address so I could return it. I heard back a week or so later with all kinds of questions about why I was returning it, which I thought I had made that clear in my first message. I finally heard back another week later with the return instructions. Most companies will give you a return label for shipping. I could accept that Kane's did not. So I paid the $15 shipping and shipped it out the same day as I received that last message. A week and a half went by with no word. I messaged customer service again, and they said they had received it and would be putting in the refund of $79.99 within a couple days explaining at the last minute that "there may or may not be a 20% restocking fee". I handled everything promptly and met all the conditions of the 30-day money-back guarantee. So I messaged them back explaining my problem with that. I never heard back. Over another week later, $79.99 refunded to my account. I sent another message inquiring as to why $79.99 and not $100.00 because I met all the terms of the money-back guarantee, the product was in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and Kanex didn't even have to pay the return shipping. I never heard back until I just got this email requesting a rating. REALLY?! I don't care so much about getting $35 back, but it's the principal of the matter. You "guarantee" that I'll get my money back if I'm unsatisfied with the product and return it proactively, yet here I am, out 35 bucks and plenty of time wasted. I was actually concerned that due to Kanex's slow response times, I wouldn't make the 30-day cutoff, which I almost wonder if it was intentional or not. Should've just gone with the full-size Apple keyboard from the start.

GBAmazingly fast shipping and so much more! Amazingly fast shipping, wonderfully perfect product and the packaging was elegant and clean looking. I was so impressed! And the price, I know it was a sale price direct from the company, but wow, I got three screen protectors, the same if not better quality than zagg, and they, with the shipping, were cheaper than one regualrly priced zagg screen cover. I really wish I found Kanex first.
