shitty and irresponsible i been a user of buyincoins for over 2 yrs and last purchase was unbearable even thought there's always problems buying from them but they are willing to replace the item. bought a kitchen tap with deep scratch and it's made of plastic. unwilling to refund even unwilling to pay for the shipping fees of having the defect item. worse is the are only willing to refund $2 over any $50 item. if you are gonna use buyincoins, please remember to place a paypal return policy once the shippment took more than 10 day.

charger adapters broke after usage - no refund or new products Bought two charger adapters, and when the second also broke/burned after 2-3 times of normal usage - charging my Iphone with original lightning cable - i texted their support, and kindly asked for a reimbursement or receiving new ones; not they are only making you feel stupid for texting them :-( They don't answer the questions and reply in a few words with other content. They are not a responsible store in case you have problems with your product you bought. I will never recommend anyone buying their products, except if you don't care that the product do not work after 1-3 times of usage. Such a bad experience. And with the many good stores in China with perfect products and support, and goodwill in case of problems, i will not look backwards.

Rip-off artists BuyinCoins ripped me off. I had never even heard of the company until I found an unauthorized charge to my paypal acct. I have been trying to resolve the matter with no luck whatsoever so far. Avoid these crooks!

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!! Items ordered in March 2016 still not received despite continuous ping-pong of emails asking where my package was etc. Told to keep waiting and be patient. It's now June and no items. I have asked for refund or for the items to be sent again as I haven't received what I have paid for. Now they are no longer returning my emails. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this rip-off cowboy company. Discounts because of no availability? I made the order the 22/11 They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on. Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money. I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care. I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days.. Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.
