Timely and innovative...and yet.. I think the idea of an over the door camera is a very innovative and timely idea; with that said, let me just point out that while I was very excited to receive my unit and begin using it, it's performance is somewhat lackluster. To be more specific, it seems to take a number of seconds upon initial activation before it's focus and clarity are stabilized; which could prove to be detrimental to the user in a potentially compromising situation. I may have some suggestions for some future improvements; if it turns out that you are interested, I would certainly welcome your inquiries. I would also like to point out that it would be an honor and a privilege to assist in any future product testing to fine tune and make ultimately better your timely and innovative product. First person First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions. Finally Remo+ is prompt with suggestions of probable faults in the installation process, leading to a quick resolution. Regards, Stan Tate
