Money gone, received nothing Haven’t received a confirmation email, despite ordering weeks ago. Haven’t received my package. My money has disappeared into thin air. Please contact me and tell me if you even have my order, or if you have just taken my money.

Ordered and paid for 2x fitness trackers. Got 1. Ordered and paid for 2x fitness trackers For myself and my partner. Only one arrived. I immediately emailed and got a response within a few hours saying they would “look into it”. A week later and follow up emails and the missing device did appear eventually.

Phone case Phone case arrived quickly given the circumstances. It had a small fault and the after service was excellent, prompt and efficiently dealt wth by Aamir as he gave me options to sort the issue out. Will shop with them again.

Poor quality The keyboard came with a grey mark across a few keys, and in general is not very sturdy. The keys have stickers on them rather than the characters/letters being printed onto the keys as standard. I have requested a return twice but Top Gadgets have not replied.
