GBWorst customer service I should've read the reviews before ordering online. This is the Worst COMPANY I have ever seen. Ordered 9 items online , only received 3 of them. When I called to let them know , they kept telling me that they have to investigate to see what happened. They couldn’t do anything else. I kept getting different people with the same exact script. I felt like they were just trained to say the same exact b.s. No help at all. I haven’t received the missing items or a refund. This company is scam ! Do not order anything from them.

GBBUYER BEWARE, WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD The cancellation policies/customer support are terrible. There is no way to cancel an order from the website, forcing you to contact them during their limited hours. The confirmation emails only arrive when the order is shipped, which means you can’t even contact support about the order until it ships. When it ships, they say there is nothing they can do. Beware and please do not buy from this place. There is a reason they almost went out of business.

GBOnline ordering is a joke Should of read reviews beforehand. Long time GNC member but I've always purchased in store. 1st time I ordered online as they didn't have what I needed at the storefront. I paid extra for overnight shipping on a $200 order. This was on a Monday, Cut to Thursday and its still not shipped. I received a refund on the shipping cost only after calling to complain. It is now Friday and STILL not shipped. Why even offer expedited services and you cant fulfill them

GBScrewed up order, overcharged us, never received! Had a monthly order on auto-ship. This months order upped our creatine quantity from one to EIGHT. Worse yet, we did not ever receive the shipment. Customer service said the only way to issue a refund is if we return the product…which we never received. Now we’re out $400 and they say there’s nothing the can do? UNACCEPTABLE. Would give negative stars if it were an option. Will never shop from GNC again

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company, they only care about making money. I accidentally ordered an incorrect item, but even though I contacted the customer helpline immediately, they were not able cancel. Returns are at the customer’s expense, so cost me almost as much as the actual product to return the item. I am still to receive a refund, but won’t be surprised if there is some other reason why they decline the refund. You have been warned!
