GBcrappy I went on this site and was mad excited, however after four weeks of waiting for my product my excitement was turned into frustration. At the four week mark i decided to email the company and was informed that they were all out of the product i ordered. They gave me the option to pick another product or get a refund. I asked for the refund. DON'T SHOP FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

INi have once! i have ordered electronic gadgets there but didn't like it's service since than i am with chinabuye, online store from china. i think for last 6 months! sourcingmap should give better service!

ITFalse Identity Location I ordered via "Amazon.it" thinking that the source (supplier) was in Italy, hence a couple of days in delivery. (Items urgently needed)! Instead the shipment, even very small, didn't arrive for a full month. There is no indication on the Amazon website that the supplier is (far) out of country. I have noticed this in several different orders (from different suppliers) from Amazon.it! I think it is time that "Amazon.it" should start indicating where their suppliers are located and stop fooling their customer in thinking that their services are Italy orientated!!!! I see no reason why I should ever order again from "Amazon.it". They cannot be trusted! A big problem with this service is that when you find out the shipment is out of country and many weeks to delivery.., the order cannot be cancelled. Why such a procedure.

GBLies about location and details Ordered two parts, despite saying they were in Ireland the items came from somewhere in China. The items were nothing like advertised (useless) and the measurements were incorrectly stated. Customer service is terrible - poor English, slow to reply, unhelpful. Still trying to get a refund.
