AUAkaso warranty support non-existant I bought an Akaso Brave 7. There was dust under the lens cover, so obsiously these cameras aren't assembled in a clean environment. Straight lines in images are distorted. The protective case is made of brittle material and cracks easily. Manufacturer will only proffer extended warranty if purchased from their Amazon store, not from eBay. Manufacturer support for devices purchased from eBay is good if you only have technical questions. Manufacturer WON'T provide warranty support for devices purchased from anywhere else except their Amazon Store. In my case they refuse to provide me with a new protective case. They tell me to go to the eBay seller despite me telling them they are in breach of Australian Consumer law. The eBay seller name is akaso-direct which gives the impression they are the manufacturer.

AURefuse to refund returned, faulty item. Bought a car camera through their EBay store. It didn’t work so contacted them. They said send it back for refund. Sent it back same day to address it came from. Even sent them tracking note. No refund. Very unhappy. Terrible customer service.

FRSCAM WARNING!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I bought an Akaso Seemor night vision goggles via Indiegogo, over £200.00 and I've NEVER RECEIVED IT. Via email I only get automated replies and there's no way to deal with a human being. I've been ripped off!

GBVery disappointed and don’t recommend… Very disappointed and don’t recommend anyone to buy Akaso product. Bought two Akaso cameras through Amazon just before covid start, due to lock down I couldn’t put up until now, but both of the cameras are defective and doesn’t work. I have contact the company they said they would replace the cameras but they are out of stock and now basically telling me to forget about it because it unknown when it will be available again. Can’t understand a company unknowns their own product when will be available, just can’t believe them. Will challenge with Amazon too.

GBThe Akaso 7000 is a great camera which… The Akaso 7000 is a great camera which we have used without any issues for almost 3 years. The strap has finally given way so we will need to replace but other than that it’s been great value for under £70.
