THIEVES. DO NOT BUY. Like many of the other reviews here I was ripped off as well for almost $9,000 for a pinball machine I never received. Currently going through the BBB and filing a small claims case. Do not buy from them. They are thieves and steal your money. As dishonest as they come.

I ordered a Stranger Things Premium… I ordered a Stranger Things Premium pinball machine 10/3/23. I never received the game and was told I would receive a refund. Now it's impossible to get a hold of James Bolin. Like many others, I was frauded out of $8750. I would like to get a group together to look into filing a class action lawsuit. As of now I've filed with the FCC, BBB, MN Department of Commerce, the FBI, FTC. Pretty much nobody seems to care. My father is an attorney and has been very helpful in guiding me toward finding a solution. As if they can't be looked up. (Ignorant) Seems he's been scamming people online since well before his "other business problems" in 2014.

I ordered a Rock-Ola jukebox in July… I ordered a Rock-Ola jukebox in July 2023 from In The New Age, and was told if I paid in full, I would get a 5% discount. I checked the Rock-Ola website, and they were listed as a dealer, so I did. I was told by James that it would take 7-10 months to get. I contacted INTA several times to check on my order, and was told It was on order, no problem. Then In April 2024, I went on line and their web site was gone. I contacted Rock-Ola, and they told me they never got an order or paid for the jukebox. So James Bolin stole my Money.
