GBStill waiting??? I ordered vitamins on August 25th. My credit card was charged, but nothing has arrived. I have tried to call the company many times, but they have not returned the calls. Also, the number on my email confirmation is a discontinued number. I fear I have been scammed! I will be calling the credit card company to refute the charge. What a horrible company!! I feel like the few good reviews were planted.

GBABSOLUTE SCAM- BEWARE! I purchased twice from this company. Didn't realize I hadn't received 1st order before ordering again. Called and e-mailed, but it was soon evident it was a fraud. He sends you a "package has been shipped" e-mail with a USPS tracking number, with 2-day priority mail, and actually gives you a tracking number. The tracking number is not any good--on either of the orders. I do believe this would qualify for mail fraud as well--to use USPS tracking number and yet not actually activate it by mailing package. It's unlawful to use US Postal Service envelops or any of their property if it's not used for its designated purpose. I wish I had read all the reviews on this person before ordering. This idiot has the gall to continue advertising on Google Adwords as of this date September 9, 2015. I'm going to see if I can contact Google to prevent him from placing his ads on their network.

GBVitaDocs -- A pain where you sit down!! We ordered 2 bottles of Intensive Nutrition Vit. B-12 from this "Phony Outfit" on-line on 12/5/16 (it was put on our Discover Card). They charged the $37.75 cost to our card on 12/7/16. Today is 12/24/16 & we haven't received the order as yet (nor can we get any response to our many phone calls or emails to them). We have filed a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB who is working on it now. We also have contacted Discover to investigate the charge to our card by VitaDocs & hopefully get it reversed. Our next move is to contact the NV Att. Gen. to file a complaint as well as Amazon to advise them of this situation (tho we didn't use Amazon to order -- wish we had !!). A WORD TO THE WISE -- DON'T BUY FROM VITADOCS, CAUSE THEY ARE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

GBJust like the others - No Customer Service! I ordered some supplements from them and four glass bottles were shipped in an unpadded envelope, and surprise, they were damaged when they arrived. After multiple calls and email attempts (their support email address i bunk) I'm still waiting for a callback or some other consideration for this botched order, but none arrives. I agree that the positive reviews sound awfully fake. Proceed at your own risk.

GBBeware of this company I'm still waiting for a credit or product I ordered on 5/7/16. I did finally received one of the products after weeks of calling and emailing. But for the other product I have been told they would ship it and then told they would credit my card, but neither has happened after numerous calls and emails. Even reported to the BBB. Guess the only thing left is the Nevada Attorney General as someone suggested. Would like to give it a -5 Star.
