GBOrder a crystal ball at the same time!!! Ordered a BT Diverse 7460 plus last week showing in stock with quickish despatch. Not received it, no emails no nothing so chased up to be told out of stock and no idea when back in stock and asked if i wanted to cancel. Item still showing in stock on their website and available to order. So their customers are supposed to get a crystal ball out to realise their order is out of stock instead of their customer service using an age old technique called communication and now a phone i needed urgently is not coming. First and last time i'm using their online services.

GBAvoid like a plague! This company does not even deserve a 1 star! I placed an order (#000438710) for a christmas present (Nat Geo Telescope) on 12 December 2020 which was listed as 'in stock', however I have yet to recieve this! On 25 January 2021, I recieved a text message stating my order was at their warehouse and had been dispatched and again still no order! This really is disgraceful service. I have written to Maplin several times by email to enquiry where my order is and not once has anyone bothered to respond to my queries. I have also submitted several online 'contact us' forms from your website, again which now one has acknowledged. Avoid like the plague!!!

GBTerrible service Purchased panasonic home security system and other items along with it, costing almost £400 from maplin, does not work on 3g or other WiFi so you would have to say at home to keep an eye. To cut long story short, I have had a lot of problems with this and after many calls to Panasonic they don't seem interested, so called maplin UK customer services they just want to take your money and forget about you, they said send it back but if can't find fault we will not refund and if you want to talk to a tech person it will cost you £25.00. All in all I am not to happy with the service from Panasonic and maplin

GBI am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this company I ordered a Xbox game for my sons Christmas present and still haven’t received it!! They say it’s been delivered but it’s been delivered to the wrong place or someone has stole it as it is not my signature!! I have been emailing but all they keep saying it’s not their problem and it’s Royal Mail and I have to wait yet another 30days this is beyond the joke I said I don’t want a refund just the game I ordered yet that’s still not good enough for them... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

GBDon’t waste your time or money I ordered some 4lite wiz GU10 bulbs at what seemed a bargain price in 2 separate batches. Although some of the bulbs worked as expected others either didn’t work at all or wouldn’t pair. In addition the bulbs in on batch were a very different shape to the others. Customer service is lamentable with no reply to any of my emails and no contact phone number. Yes if it’s too good to be true it really is too good to be true.
