GBFuture parents My only concern about the monitors that use your phone is the stability and speed to connect. I have a few web-enabled cameras at home and hate how it takes 5-10 seconds to connect. The draw for me are the breathing and activity insights which I hear really do help parents build good routines and gain a bit more peace of mind. Curious if anybody has any personal anecdotes about these cameras and if they have any alternate recommendations?

GBBest monitor and service I've experienced in my 10 years as a mother! 3 years ago when we moved our old cheep video monitor broke. My hearing is not that great so I need to have the ability to see my boys. I ended up purchasing the Hubble Nursery Pal ⁴⁴gʻ Touch Screen Viewer, the price was amazing added with the fact that you can get notified on your phone to sound and movement ( you decide how loud of sound and how much moment) was the biggest selling point for me. The baby was 1.5 my oldest was 6 we had just moved in to a house they are at the opposite end of it. With my hearing being crap. Those notifications were a dream come true. Now we are 3 years later and the "baby" monitor has become a life saver for us. My oldest who just turned 10 is a sleep walker and my youngest is 4.5 years old 63 lbs nonverbal autistic and elope ( bolts, runs takes off ) any chance he can out an open door. Although the camera is still in their room it is aimed at their door. Motion sensitivity is set for high and baby zone is set from foot of their beds to their bedroom door. Sound sensitivity is turned to low ( oldest also talks in his sleep he's fun 😁) I love that even if the monitor is in front of me I don't have to stare at it. I get the notification if there is movement where there shouldn't be. In the 3+ years I've owned the hubble and the only thing I would consider taking 1/4 of a star for, daylight saving, I have never been able to figure how to get the time adjusted. It's an hour ahead on the monitor, not bad until you forget. Then you freak out panicking you are an hour behind getting kids to for school. Every morning this happens I need to figure out how to set it with daylight saving time. They talked me through it last year I just feel dumb having to call twice a year to find have them walk me through how set the time. That is my only complaint. I love this camera and option that as soon as I save up the bit of spare money I have at the end of each month I plan on buying a second camera to have for the living room/front door. A few more months and 🤞 I'll have enough saved for it 🙌

GBI tried to contact Hubble support team… I tried to contact Hubble support team several times about Hubble constantly disconnecting. We still have not received a response back and it's been months. We've have had internet checked out and there is no issue with our internet. The white noise sound machine is always disconnecting as well.

GBThe camera is great and the app is… The camera is great and the app is great I'm able to check in on the app 24/7 which is great when one parent is at work being able to bright up your day seeing your child

GBDo not recommend Do not recommend. Camera connectivity is always failing, I mean the point of it is to be able to see through the camera, but that's very frustrating when it won't even connect but says the camera is working. Not sure if it's an app problem. Or camera problem And then the monitor is always glitching and lagging behind and the battery does not last long at all.
