GBTerrible experience regarding my refund… Terrible experience regarding my refund (which I am still waiting for!) I shipped the unopened device back to atmotube within 14 days of orginally recieving the device using a tracked courier. The device arrived back to atmotube on the 7th of Feb and I have heard no response or email confirming this although I sent it tracked with a signature. I have sent numourous emails to them since and nobody has bothered to reply. There is no webchat or contact number to speak to anyone. Will be taking this up with trading standards shortly if I fail to get a response and refund!

GBI started using Atmotube in November I started using Atmotube in November, 2021 and very satisfied with it. Recommended. Works well, very convinient to check the data via its app. It notifies me immediatly when smth is going wrong with the air quality around me. Got a new habit to ventilate my room more regularly. Thanks for a very usuful device.

GBBEWARE no returns! BEWARE: there is no returns if you opened the package. The item turned out useless to me because even a stale air is shown as good quality. It is not for me and I can not return it. If you are an EU customer: take a note of it as it is not an experience we are used to. The website asked me for a review. I said the same as above. They sent me an email asking to send a case ID, but no means to send it :) emails bounce back. Links are generic to site. Shady place.
