I finally received my first order I originally wrote, "I never received my first order and they never returned my email attempts to contact them. Make sure you find a phone number for customer service before you order." I received my order on March 18th. The product has the least offensive taste compared to other brands I have tasted, but until this company adds some better customer service, like a legitimate way to contact them, I will not order from here again.

Scam Scam. 30 day return policy.. they never shipped the product. How can you send something back if you never received it. Oh and the shipping insurance is a lie. There is no insurance. Usps never received the package to ship so you can not claim on the insurance.

Do not use this company Do not use this company, they are a bunch of liars and charlatans. They tell you the item has been posted but it never arrives, when you ask for money back they’ll state it can’t be given when the product is in transit but they can give you a refund minus the re-stock and delivery price which is about half. They’ll tell you the item is still on the way, I managed to do this and 3 months later mine still hasn’t arrived so essentially they get half the money for no reason at all, dreadful dreadful company and even worse unhelpful staff that work there

I ordered February 9th I ordered February 9th. This company has been sending me emails of my so called shipping update. For almost a month now no such thing as update. I’m waiting for a refund or I’m reporting this company to BBB and US Postal Service. Beware!

Maybe it's better than people think? So I took the time to read the majority of the reviews, which including over 90% horrible reviews. I decided to Google several tests that I could do to test the purity of mystic shilajit and these are my findings: Note: product took 45 days to arrive and was not misspelled like some here have claimed. Pure shilajit should bubble up and turn into ash - passed exactly as the test required 5/5 Baking soda test Pure shilajit should not lose its golden reddish colour after 2 spoons of baking soda in a whisky glass - passed exactly as test required 5/5 Solubility test Shilajit should dissolve Co pletely in room temp water - took roughly one minute to dissolve 99% of it. 4/5 I am not discrediting anyone here, and this is my first time buying any shilajit and I conducted the test after buying and after reading the reviews, before consuming. So far it looks ok to me.
