High-Quality and Sturdy For ages, my headsets (from other companies) would only last a year or two and I'd have to routinely get a new one. Eventually, I got one from SteelSeries after reading some good things about their brand and it served me excellently for over half a decade. I got a newer model a few months ago (the Arctis Nova 1) to replace the now unusable headset and it not only costs around the same as the first but has clearly improved in every way possible. It's much more lightweight and there's a noticeable improvement in sound quality. They've also done away with the USB thingy and it now ships with an analog 3.5mm cable and an extension cord which proves very useful for my desktop. I'm very impressed with these two headsets and SteelSeries remain my go-to brand for headsets in the future. I recommended SteelSeries to a family member a few years back and he's still very much enjoying his headset (and he's not even a gamer!)

Bad, but a fine small keyboard A fine small keyboard. Macro Editor is not editable, you can only record a new on top of it. Again another software that is outdated and replsced with old fashion scripting or coding. keyboard only 1 month old, and is the newest model of 2023 july.

Kind support, harsh replacement policies Support was very kind, but steel series policies for replacement are harsh and ecologically unacceptable: either you have to destroy the device yourself or SteelSeries will destroy it - no repairs. Unless SteelSeries changes to become more sustainable and environmentally friendly or will be forced to change by an EU-law which will hopefully come soon, SteelSeries lost at least one customer. I wish I researched about those replacement policies sooner - there are a lot of confused customers with malfunctioning products they had to destroy themselves.

Really bad warranty respond Update: After my comment here on Trustpilot Steelseries took action and I have now received a new Headset for free. Due to a damaged Headset we have raised a warranty claim to Steelserie and have followed all their instructions in regards to the warranty procedure. Since 20.02.23 we did not have any response at all to our warrenty claim. Really bad Customer support and company policy.

Absolute scammers, stay away Absolute scammers in my book. 4th steelseries mouse where the mousewheel stops working after about a year. I try to get my warranty claim. They tell me to destroy it, I tell them I can't as I need it. So they tell me i can buy a new mouse and similar and then get the value refunded upon destruction of the old. Great! And then it isn't in stock, and they give me a deadline of a week, in which it is never in stock... And now we're back in the same loop with 3 different supporters telling me to destroy my mouse. This is completely against EU consumer right, and they don't care at all, they just draw out time and don't help what so ever... Scum
