GBMy new battery died 10 minutes after… My new battery died 10 minutes after being unplugged despite it being "fully charged". I sent a troubleshooting email and received a fast response with step by step instructions. It turns out the error was mine during the installation process. I had not discharged the laptop properly. I followed the instructions, turn the laptop on and the battery was charging. I still need to finish the charging and discharging process 3-5 times before the battery will reach full capacity.

GBI was able to replace a worn out… I was able to replace a worn out battery in my daughter's chromebook. Delivery took quite some time, but I was told this at the point of ordering. I believe much of the delay was Covid related. When the battery arrived, I installed it and it did not work. We examined the battery and noticed that the connection cord had a kink and a cut. I photographed this and sent it to the seller. I did get a prompt email telling me they would replace it. 3 weeks later, a new battery came and it's working great. I was impressed that this smaller company followed through and I would use them again. I think delivery would be faster in non-covid times.

GBBattery arrived in a timely manner Battery arrived in a timely manner. I had no problem installing and charging the battery. Computer works great and no longer shuts down when its not plugged in.

GBConfusion and delay over wrong model So far this has been a negative experience for me. I ordered a battery, they shipped the wrong model. I let them know, they insisted I had ordered the wrong model based on my laptop. I sent them photos of the battery in my laptop, which exactly matches the model I ordered. They are still confused about which model I should have. I'm not.
