I bought from them and received early but without power cable! I bought from them and received early, it has very high quality but there was a negative point: when i oppened the box there was not a usb-c to usb-a cable for power up the monitor i talked to support but they offered me a 10$ coupon! But i didn't need, because there was not charging cable in their website. Btw I'm satisfied by their portable monitor UPDATE: they refund $10 to buy the cable! thank you ARZOPA

Avoid at all costs. Avoid at all costs. They are cheaper than competitors but smack of a scam company thankfully I paid through PayPal so i'm protected, I've send they messages via their website and via the Shop App since my order was placed 4 days ago. They state 1-3 days shipping but don't reply to customers let alone update order status or maintain any accountability for what's going on, not replying to emails or messages which is absolutely disgusting. I genuinely hope this company goes out of business.
