The phone did not work when I brought… The phone did not work when I brought to the cellphone store. Not compatible with the US Cellular network. Hence the low rating. It would have been a 1 star rating except.....Smarter Phone issued me a full refund after I shipped the product back to them. So their customer service gets a 5 star rating for standing behind their product. On the whole, 3 stars. I am going to buy my next phone from the cell phone company.

phone good, battery bad iPhone 6 delivered on time and mostly as expected. I need to replace the battery it came with - it holds charge only 1/4 the time of my other iPhone 6 (at best).
