I placed an order for the wrong item because the description was misleading so I had to return the product and reorder the correct product. All went through fine as independent events. I received credit for the product and shipping cost. I only had to paid for the return shipping cost on the original order. The help I received to complete the correct order was very good. It may have been more efficient to just send me the correct product as replacements rather than placing a new order. Any way all went well.
