The follow up is the best we have ever experienced. I They listen to your needs and the medication works. I take capsules and my partner the oil. Its So easy and so efficient. Your medication arrives 3 days later via the post. You don't have to leave home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who has severe arthritis. Well done to Rod and team at hello mello. Upon expressing immense dissatisfaction with the products AND delivery time, I was met with a nasty attitude and even nastier comments and other racial micro aggressions. She clearly doesn’t value customers or maybe just customers OF COLOR. 1/10 - would not recommend. Patronize with businesses that respect you and your money!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I attempted to shop with them only to see their comments are completely filled with racist allegations towards the owner. Apparently the owner has a habit of calling her black customers “coloreds” and “monkeys”! Hard evidence and screenshots of her racist interactions were provided. Shortly after the comments were turned off on their Instagram.

Excellent company Excellent company, fantastic products and extremely professional to deal with. Boronia has seen a problem, experienced it, and found an incredible solution that does and will help thousands enjoy their sex life more fully. That's an incredible legacy. For all those looking at reviews, it pays to read them. The allegations in some of these reviews are obviously talking about another company, not this one. Do your research, people!

Not impressed with after sales service I have arthritis in my right thumb and wrist and I explained this to the Doctor and said I needed something for the pain. I was advised by the Dr that if I have the oil with THC it can be detected I could not afford to lose my job or drivers license so on the Drs recommendation I went for the oil with turpins. Unfortunately it did not work at all I still have the same level of pain. I contacted the Dr and was advised I needed the stronger one with THC ( obviously he didn’t look at my notes) for $450. I had just paid $350 for the oil that was useless. When I replied I couldnt afford to spend that much again there was a long silence. No offer of a sample of trying to help me through this.
