Takes too long. The whole process takes too long. There is no loaner iPad to borrow. My kid had no iPad for 3 weeks for the school. Fix and support was good.

If the claim is genuine police report… If the claim is genuine police report and blacklisting options not needed like other vendors or carriers follows. Except these two things everything is excellent service.
