Super Store 4 Less via Amazon I ordered a new Canon EOS strap for the 400D I bought for my daughter for doing well in her scholl exams. I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). Within just 8 days, I had the strap. Brilliant. I highly recommend the service from Super Store 4 Less

Updated Review I erased my last review, based upon the misunderstanding I had with the company. They were able to take my camera lens back and gave me a complete refund. Receiving the item was shipped to me quickly. Only remark I have is they are hard to reach by phone but they do respond by email, wait 24 hrs for response back.

Ordered two items on January 12; Can't find the vendor Ordered two items on January 12, 2021. Inexpensive item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The more expensive item has still not arrived. Website is inaccessible, links to my order are inaccessible, all links in the order acknowledgement email are inaccessible. No one has responded to any emails sent to the email addresses in the help and Q/A sections of the order acknowledgement email. I am now reaching out to my credit card company and hoping that it is not too late.

I place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.
