EVERYTHING went great until I received… EVERYTHING went great until I received my order. I did not receive what I selected. I received a replacement for my selection. I don’t mind receiving a replacement as long as it has the exact specifications. I ordered a 14.8V 40Wh battery for a laptop. I received a 11.1V 65Wh battery. I emailed them asking if they were compatible. I searched online for the same information. The original specs should remain in place for replacement batteries. I requested information to return the battery I received and get a refund. I haven’t gotten a reply about the original question of compatibility nor a response about returning the battery. I received an email wanting a review (from the same email address I sent emails to).
