The battery is too large The battery is too large, fits but doesn't latch into place. Tthicker than original battery and cost more than other batteries available. Disappointed with purchase.

EVERYTHING went great until I received… EVERYTHING went great until I received my order. I did not receive what I selected. I received a replacement for my selection. I don’t mind receiving a replacement as long as it has the exact specifications. I ordered a 14.8V 40Wh battery for a laptop. I received a 11.1V 65Wh battery. I emailed them asking if they were compatible. I searched online for the same information. The original specs should remain in place for replacement batteries. I requested information to return the battery I received and get a refund. I haven’t gotten a reply about the original question of compatibility nor a response about returning the battery. I received an email wanting a review (from the same email address I sent emails to).
