Very nice The unit arrived on time and packaged nicely. The setup was simple and straightforward. I was slightly irritated after setting the unit up, because the passive speaker was not emitting sound. We finally figured out the speaker cord had a short. After a quick trip to Walmart the system is SUPERB!!!

Great PA system and tech support! We ordered the JGA FYS-3012P PA System about a year ago to use at an event, received them in the normal quick manner from Amazon, opened the boxes plugged them in and were immediately impressed with the quality of the sound, even at higher volumes. Definitely a good buy for the money! But, in just a few minutes the system stopped working, no reset or rebooting was available nor helpful. In the instructions booklet is a link to the JGA Electronics help line and we were VERY pleased to have gotten a very quick response. We posted a video of the problem through Facebook's Messenger, the JGA tech diagnosed the problem as a fatal failure of the amp and shipped us a replacement system that we got TWO days later and in time for our event. The JGA product support system is AWESOME and since we got this set it's worked very well for us, has been set up and used for a dozen or so events. They sound great inside or outside, would definitely recommend them as a great value! Thanks JGA!
