The product is great The product is great, and the customer service is excellent. It's a very low-risk product because they have a very lenient return policy and it's quite easy to get ahold of customer service to get the return. I would highly recommend!

I never received my order #11257 I never received my order #11257. I am trying to Email them. My Email is not going through. There is no clear instruction how to reach them. All I want from them is to reach out to me and take care of the issue either send the product or refund my money. Thank you!

It's okay - not more than that. It's okay. Though I wish it was easier to hold on to - its surface is so smooth. And it would be perfect if you could have two versions of the moveable massagers - a hard and a soft one. To me, the version it comes with is too soft. Relatively noisy! But love that you charge it with a chord.

Great commercial men product Great commercial. Tried the product once was underwhelmed. Forgot about it for a few weeks. Tried it again, and had the same feeling. Those wire metal claw things are more relaxing, I'd say. This feels like a good idea that's not quite there yet.
