GBWorst customer service ever!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone and will write a horrible review on Yelp. No one has answered my recent email. I’m disgusted. I was a Regional Sales Director for a major company and this is not what sales/customer service exemplifies. An absolutely horrible experience. I’m sure no one wat your company will respond to me, which speaks volumes.

GBNot happy I ordered on May 27th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. I just received an email today (June 4th) saying my “Order Status Has Changed” that it is “Awaiting Fulfillment” and that it doesn’t have “Tracking Numbers yet because it has not shipped”. What? It has been over a week and they are just now processing the order.

GBI ordered and paid for 2 bags of mango… I ordered and paid for 2 bags of mango metagenics. I received 1 bag. I have called their company number several times and no one answers and they do not respond to emails. Disputed the charge!

I purchased with you in January, 2019 and paid with credit card from abrod (currently I live in Brazil) and had no problem. Now, you changed the payment method and people living abroad cannot purchase from you. UNBELIEVABLE in the XXI century!! In sum, only people living in USA can purchase from you. OMG

GBYour online information need. Poor and Disceptive Advertizing Your online information needs improvement as I was suppose to receive a 10% discount on my first order using the code First and discount was not offered at checkout. Tried to receive the discount through corporate after sales with no positive results, They indicate I could use the code FIRST on my subsequent orders. I said sure ok, wink wink, that would be my second order with them not the first order as the coupon discount code represent. Not Happy
